Wiktor Doktór is the CEO of Pro Progressio. Since 1999 he is present in BPO initiatives, starting from Call Contact Centres, managing international BPO organizations and finally running Pro Progressio, which is an organization supporting growth and development of BPO and SSC organizations. He is heading FOCUS ON Business media, both web platform as well as printed bimonthly magazine. Wiktor is also professional podcaster recording two podcasts focused on business services – BSS bez tajemnic (in Polish) and Good Morning BSS World (in English). Wiktor also supports international BSS companies who are interested in opening operation centres in Poland. Withing last decade Wiktor wrote dozens of articles focused on nearshoring and offshoring activities for BPO and SSC industries. He is recognized as one of the most important senior managers in Polish BPO industry.
