Currently serving as USA Director & Director of Nearshoring at Inetum, Arturo spearheads cross-border IT service strategies, connecting U.S. enterprises with top-tier nearshore talent from Latin America.
Previously, Arturo held senior leadership roles at Google, where he managed global support operations for Google Cloud Platform networking across teams in India, Australia, Poland, Ireland, Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. His career also includes key executive positions at Deloitte and Hewlett-Packard, where he built and led large-scale delivery centers and support organizations from the ground up.
Arturo’s areas of expertise include nearshoring, application management, shared services, and enterprise IT. He is known for building high-performing, inclusive teams and has served as a strategic advisor to both public and private sector initiatives across the region.
