CollaborationRoom.ai is redefining how modern contact centers manage and support distributed workforces.

When the contact center industry rapidly shifted to remote and hybrid work, leaders were left trying to manage complex operations using generic meeting tools like Teams and Zoom; platforms never designed for the real-time coaching, visibility, compliance, and collaboration required on a contact center floor.

CollaborationRoom.ai solved this problem by creating the Virtual Floor, a patented SaaS platform that digitally recreates the contact center floor in a remote environment. The platform allows leaders to see, engage with, coach, train, and support agents in real time, replicating the visibility and collaboration of an in-person center while unlocking the flexibility of remote work.

Beyond engagement and productivity, CollaborationRoom.ai also embeds AI-powered compliance monitoring, ensuring security, regulatory adherence, and policy enforcement regardless of where agents are located.

The result is a fundamental shift in workforce management for the contact center industry: organizations no longer have to merely survive remote work. They can truly thrive in it.

In the years since Covid-19 changed everything, we’ve helped over 90 contact centers just like yours say goodbye to disappointing toolsets and achieve healthy margins again.

It all started when our founder and CEO, Sameer Maini, spent yet another frustratingly long remote training session attempting to onboard new agents. What would have taken minutes in person was taking hours. He knew there had to be a better approach.

Sameer went on to create a patented solution that allows visibility across multiple contact center team members and their work at a glance. What started as a great training solution has also become a robust platform that serves as the backbone for production and security.
